The people there are so cool every time. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Niko/Nico in particular really helped me out as did a guy with dreads (pulled back/dread hawk?), and a tall brunette woman whose name I didn't catch (she was awesomely intuitive and educated.) The woman at the front with the fab style is always welcoming. I've never felt rushed there with my millions of questions, and yet it seems like they always keep the customers moving through efficiently. Their bubble joints from Nederland (that come with activity recommendations incidentally :) are better than any I've ever bought and when I spontaneously grabbed their cheapest 1/8th, it was excellent.
