Absolutely, out-of-staters can shop for cannabis in Colorado! Just bring a valid photo ID to prove you’re 21 or older. Remember, though, while you can buy it here, transporting cannabis across state lines remains federally illegal.
Colorado law allows for the purchase of up to 1 ounce of cannabis flower, 8 grams of concentrates, or edibles containing 800 mg of THC per transaction at any dispensary. This limit is consistent for both locals and tourists, as long as you’re 21 or over and can present a valid ID.
